PHOENIX, ARIZ., — Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, Republican Candidate for Congress in AZ-04, released this statement following Judge Aileen Cannon’s dismissal of the Florida classified documents case against former President Trump. 

“This dismissal is a victory for justice after watching the never ending weaponization of our legal system against President Trump that has gone on since the day he left office. I applaud judges who are willing to follow the Constitution and rule impartially despite significant political and cultural pressure to do otherwise. I expect the radical Left will continue to go after President Trump because his success in November and return to the presidency is the greatest challenge to their power and control. Let us hope other judges also demonstrate the courage to do what Judge Cannon did today.”
